well cleaned room, huge bar and best staff. the breakfast food was fantastic, with pancakes, fruit, bakery, breads and croissants etc. splendid view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. lots of various drinks, such as wines, cocktails, gins and coffee in the bar. the beach was tidy. peaceful location, queenstown airport was 0.5 km away.

I loved the place thanks to staff and location. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a fairly quiet area. New building, fairly clean and cosy bedroom. Late check-out too. Besides, parking was available on site.

Quiet location and pleasant staff were a definite plus. Beds were super. Room service was extremely handy. Only a short distance to me&mee chinese restaurant, where you can have lunch...

A handy kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Staff was friendly! Kelvin Heights is a district that deserves exploring.
